vhcs 2.4.7.1 porting replaces 2.4.7. Of course work is in progress...

BUGS reported (in no particular order):

. Port expects /usr/local/etc/apache2. It doesn't work with apache22. Fix is pending (Thanks Ernie Elu)
. VHCS2 uses /var/log/mail.log. Port must fix this by using /var/log/maillog. Fix is pending (Thanks Ernie Elu)
. httpd takes 100% cpu usage under a jailed enviroment. (Try to create a user) Fix is pending (Thanks Alex Savovski)
. PHP options must be set up manually. Fix is pending (Thanks Aleksey Potaneyko)
